The AccuShoot Team

After spending decades developing advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions across a wide range of industries, Dr. Ken Baldwin, Dr. Francisco Martin (aka Cisko), and Poul Petersen set out to apply that expertise to the world of marksmanship training. In June 2020, they recognized that the time was right to modernize an industry that had changed little in more than a century by introducing data, automation, intelligent analytics, and digital technologies to firearms training.

Having spent years shooting together and continually seeking instruction from some of the world's leading firearms trainers, they saw firsthand that the need for more consistent, measurable, and realistic training was widely recognized. Those conversations helped shape the vision behind AccuShoot and inspired many of those respected instructors, competitive shooters, law enforcement professionals, and industry leaders to become strategic advisors, contributing their operational expertise to the development of the AccuShoot FX ecosystem.
